The problem of synthesis of flat structures of electronic means with rigid logic of functioning at the stage of structural design is considered. The purpose of work is a necessity to arrange the connections on the plane without crossings that facilitates conditions of carrying out routes to any tracer of modern programs design. The main lack of all used algorithms is the principle of consecutive and fragmentary viewing of switching space underlain in them. For the solution of this task we will use the graph - theoretical method of the theory of characterization management, but not a topographical method where the priority is given to metric aspect of a task. The graph - theoretical method assumes the preliminary analysis of planarity of a flowgraph with the subsequent elimination of crossings, using the corresponding processing methods.
