MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF RADIOMETER AND POSSIBILITY OF SUPERPERMISSION

The structural scheme of signal processing in radiometer is considered. The radiometer’s antenna carries out spatial-angular scanning of controlled site of the district in television mode. The signal accepted by antenna in the set range of frequencies passes a path of preprocessing, including high-frequency amplifier, square detector, filter of low frequencies and analog-digital converter. As a result of scanning the matrix of radiometric image is formed. However the image resolution is limited to directional pattern width. The purpose of work is analytical research of potential possibility of obtaining superpermission on angular coordinates in the radiometer and factors influencing resolution. The mathematical model of preprocessing
path when forming a matrix of radiometric image is for this purpose developed. On the basis of received model connection between image recovery accuracy and its resolution is established. The assessment of potential accuracy of restoration and superpermission on the basis of Fisher’s matrix is given. Dependence of resolution on radiometric image contrast is shown. The way of superpermission increase on the basis of multichannel processing is specified.
