Editorial board of the journal considers only those manuscripts which correspond to scientific profile of the journal, have never been published before and have never been submitted to editorial boards of other journals.

Editorial board of the journal assumes no obligation to explain to the authors non-technical reasons for the article to be declined. Article manuscripts where the requirements to articles registrations are not met cannot be considered and later are accepted for consideration in the general procedure after all corrections being made.

The journal is published quarterly. The publication of materials is made free of charge. The subscription to the journal can be made using subscription catalogue of “Russian Press” agency (subscription index – 36203). The author copy of the journal can be received via post or personally in the editorial board of the journal.

To publish a scientific article a publishing agreement should be signed, expert conclusion should be submitted..

Example of article design

1. Contents of the article should be submitted in concise and clear form. The volume of the papers published (including figures and references) must be not more than 14 but not less than 5 printed pages. The number of figures must not exceed half the number of article pages.

The beginning of the paper must contain brief statement of the problem, the conclusion - received scientific results with their practical value and numerical wins. The title of the manuscript must briefly formulate the topic. Abstract (volume from 10 to 15 lines or from 100 to 250 words) must have specific information about the results received in the manuscript (the relevance of the research, the aim of the work and conclusions are compulsory in the body of the article). Key words (8-10 words) must separately follow the abstract

Individual sections of the paper must go with the title (e.g. "Introduction", "Problem formulation", "Theoretical research","Experimental research", "Conclusions").

2. Article should be submitted in the following format: статьи:

• UDC index (see UDC reference) in left upper corner - 11 pt;
• title of the article (in capital letters, bold font centered) - 14 pt;
• initials and surname of the author (in bold on the left without indentation), academic rank, position, name of an organization, e-mail - 11 pt;
• ORCID.
• abstract (volume from 10 to 15 lines or from 100 to 250 words) reflecting the main content of the article that indicates the aim of the work, main problems, the results of the research and conclusions - 11 pt;
  
• key words (8-10 words) carrying the main meaning of the article - 11 pt;
• the main body of the article considering the requirements to its design mentioned further;
• reference list made in accordance with GOST Р 7.0.5 – 2008 “Bibliographical reference”.
• information about the article in English.

3. The body of the article is written on A4 format paper (upper field – 2,5 cm, the rest – 2 cm). The font used - Times New Roman. Line spacing – single. Paragraph indent – 0,7 cm. The body of the article should be made using only automatic hyphenation mode.

Figures must be made in accordance with the requirements of ESKD in black-and-white in *.bmp, *.jpg, *.tif formats and applied as separate files. Overall size of figures must not exceed 90 x 120 mm2. Figure width is desirable not to exceed the size of column width.

Formulas must be made in MathType. In formulae: Latin letters must be written in italics, numbers, Greek letters, standard mathematical functions – in standard font, matrices – in bold font.

Reference list is made in accordance with GOST 7.1.2003 “Bibliographic description of the document” (automated list generation is not allowed). References to unpublished works are not allowed.

Cross-referencesare not allowed in the article.

4. The information about the article in English (in accordance with the requirements of foreign analytical databases) should compulsory contain

• UDC index;
• title of the article;
• initials and surname of the author (in bold on the left without indentation), academic title, position, name of an organization, ORCID, e-mail
• abstract of the article with the volume not less than 100 words reflecting the main content of the article that indicates the aim of the work, main problems, the results of the research and brief conclusions, written in good English;
• key words (8-10 words);
• reference list in Roman alphabet, i.e. transliteration in Latin (http://translit.net/ is recommended) should be made for surname and initials of the authors, the title of the article (book), the source of the publication (publishing office or journal/collection) and place of publication; but technical shortenings (e.g. number, volume, page, etc.) must be translated using conventional notation (number – no., volume – vol., pages-pp., etc.). Furthermore, after the transliterated name of the title its translation in English must be placed (in brackets)

2. Expert conclusion about the possibility of the paper to be published in open press (original with signature and seal).

3. Information about the article in English in accordance with the requirements (in separate file).

4. Copyright transfer agreement of non-exclusive right to publish the paper – 2 pcs.

5. Information about authors in Russian and English (marked as *) according to the form: 

A person responsible for article submission is compulsory to be mentioned (the one who will interact with the publishing office).

All materials listed above must be submitted both in paper and electronic format. Manuscripts are not given back to the authors.The requirements given are compulsory, the articles are not considered without their noncompliance
