ANALYSIS AND MODELING OF ELECTRICAL ACTIVITY OF THE HEART WITH DYNAMIC MODIFICATION OF GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS OF THE MODEL

The problem of development of universal software unit of analysis and modeling of electrical activity of a heart for information-measuring cardiological systems and training information systems is studied. Existing systems of scientific-research, diagnostic and training purpose are investigated. Multi-dipole model of electrical activity of a heart (L.I. Titomir model) is studied, namely the parameters that have an influence to results of calculation of dipole moment’s values, especially geometrical parameters that are presumed as static. The aim of the work is to create the method of dynamical modification of geometrical parameters while simulation of electrical activity of the heart. The scheme of modeling with dynamical modification of parameters of 3В model of a heart is proposed. The results of dynamical modification of 3D model with simplification due to retention of reference points’ transition vectors are showed. Example of a field of application and directions of a future work are considered. The results of the research allow to develop informationmeasuring systems with new possibilities of modeling of electrical activity of a heart.
