In this paper, we consider the algorithm for multi-frame coherent accumulation of fluctuating burst pulses according to Sverling model 1. The aim of the work is to synthesize and analyze the effectiveness of multi-frame coherent detector of reflected radar signals. The essence of the method consists in the formation of a composite pulse train with K reviews and the formation of a likelihood ratio for this packet. A priori uncertainty about the initial phase of each of the pulse bursts is solved by introducing multi-channel with respect to this parameter. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the method proposed was carried out by the method of simulation. It is shown that, in comparison with incoherent multi-frame accumulation, which does not take into account the initial phase, the proposed method provides a gain in threshold signal-to-noise ratio of
about K dB. In particular, with the number of pulses in the packet on each review N = 64 and the number of reviews K = 5, the gain is about 2,3 dB.
