MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION USING RATING SYSTEM

The article demonstrates possibilities of practical application of rating system to management of educational organization of higher education. The aim is to identify those indicators of effectiveness of the faculty members, according to which activities of the structural unit (department) was low in comparison with previous reporting period, and to form recommendations for activities of teachers for the next reporting period. As a method of analysis, it is proposed to use analysis of finite fluctuations, and as a method of planning faculty members activities, it is proposed to use the inverse calculation method together with analysis of finite fluctuations.
