The effect of broadband, narrowband and pulsed acoustic noise on primary codecs of speech signals based on Khurgin-Yakovlev representation is considered. The aim of the work is to study the effect of acoustic noise on speech codecs based on the Khurgin-Yakovlev representation and their comparison with the results of such an impact on similar codecs based on the theorem of V.A. Kotelnikov. Experimental dependences of the quality gain of recovered speech signal for codecs based on the Khurgin-Yakovlev representation compared to similar codecs based on the theorem of V.A. Kotelnikov from the signal-to-noise ratio for various speech codecs are given. It is shown that the use of the Khurgin-Yakovlev representation in primary codecs allows us to obtain a gain in the quality of speech signal restored in a decoder by 0.5 ... 0.1 points according
to GOST R 50840-95 compared to similar speech signal codes on the basis of the theorem of V. A. Kotelnikov under the influence of acoustic noise.
