DATA MODEL BASED ON EXTENSIBLE STRUCTURE FOR INFORMATION SYSTEMS OPERATING IN DYNAMIC EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT

An extensible data model for information system storage structures operating in dynamic environment is considered. The aim is to develop a data model that can reflect frequent and significant changes in the subject area using minor and simple changes in storage systems, as well as to provide the speed of performing complex analytical queries on a time scale close to real. The proposed model is based on the idea of decomposing complex data schema into many simpler components that are easier to manipulate. In particular, its evolution occurs not in changing existing data structures, but in creating new ones (expanding). Flexibility and modularity of data structure is achieved by placing business keys in attribute tables.
