The work aim is OFDM-signal two-criterion synthesis to increase communication radio systems (CRS) energy efficiency and stability to the action of the interference concentrated over a spectrum. The problem is relevant due to the spectral resource overload (which in turn leads to requirements for increasing noise immunity to minimize the effect of interfering factors) and PAPR high value (leading to low energy efficiency) in modern CRS based on OFDM-signals. Two-criterion signal synthesis was used to solve the problem. AWGN and bandpass interference are considered as an interfering effect. The gain in PAPR of the synthesized OFDM-signal compared to the known OFDM-signal at the Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function level (CCDF-level) of 10-3 is about 4 dB, and bit error rate (BER) probability at fixed value of Eb/N0 = 14 dB decreases from 2.5E-2 to 1.3E-5 (signal-to-interference ratio = 9 dB).

Key words: OFDM; energy efficiency; noise immunity; multi-criteria synthesis; PAPR; Tone Reservation.
