Currently, many central banks are exploring the possibilities of national digital currency. The paper describes the task of experimental research of technologies for central bank digital currency. The aim of the work is to develop a methodology for constructing a computational infrastructure for conducting experiments aimed at studying the characteristic of the technologies used for central bank digital currencies based on blockchain. A distributed computing infrastructure is being built to assess the effect of blockchain network parameters on the performance. The input data for conducting experiments are transactions for the transfer of digital resources from one user to another. The data obtained as a result of the experiment can show details of the load on infrastructure resources, reveal differences in system efficiency in different usage conditions.
Key words: central bank digital currency, blockchain technology, experimental bench for performance evaluation, transactions, computing infrastructure, blockchain network parameters.
