This article is dedicated to the development of systems engineering tools and methods that improve the effectiveness of automated development tools. The most important part of development is the creation of lin guistic and mathematical models that capture unused system properties, including the semantics of relation ships between elements of function construction and the constraints imposed on it. The article describes the construction of a mathematical model based on these relationships and its application for identical and equivalent transformations of functional structures.
