The task of selecting personalized patient treatment regimens as part of drug treatment management process is considered. Continuous and rapid development of pharmacological market and the need to reduce the risks of inter-drug interaction as well as increase patient adherence by achieving the highest possible treatment effectiveness including the use of complex therapy, contributes to active introduction of information technology in drug selection. The aim of the work is to develop and describe a semantic network that allows solving the problem of selecting medicine based on individual characteristics of patients. The relevance of this work is connected to the development of personalized medicine, which is due to low effectiveness of traditional pharmaceutical therapy, high frequency of adverse drug reactions as well as increased public demands for improving the effectiveness of medical care.
