The problem of developing algorithmic and software formalization of the procedure to certify maturity
levels of software lifecycle processes, setting control points and selecting their multiplicity in work processes
of a software project, presented in the form of algorithmic processes formalized by matrix reliability models,
is considered. The aim of the work is to develop models and algorithmic support for automating the tasks of
the procedure for certifying maturity levels of software project processes, optimizing the arrangement of
control operations of project processes at specified values of reliability characteristics and the cost of performing algorithmic processes. The algorithmic process in this paper is a sequence of working operators
with specified reliability and cost characteristics. The operations of calculating reliability indicators are
performed in a mathematical form for the case of multidimensional error accounting concept. The optimal
arrangement of controls is a vector of control multiplicities, with the introduction of which the set values for
the reliability of software project algorithmic processes are achieved.
Key words: software project, software lifecycle, project workflow, algorithmic process, algorithmic process model, algorithmic process operator, algorithmic process reliability, algorithmic process reliability optimization.
