The task of constructing a map of ice formations drift using Delaunay triangulation is considered. The
aim of the work is to automate monitoring of ice conditions. An algorithm which provides the construction
of drift vectors with linear computational complexity with respect to the volume of initial data is proposed.
The study considers Delaunay triangulation and its application in the task of monitoring ice drift. The practical
application of the algorithm is shown in the example.
Key words: Delaunay triangulation, ice drift monitoring, geoinformation systems, satellite images, Arctic.
