1996 – Graduated with honors from Ryazan State Radioengineering University, “Radioengineering” speciality.
1999 – Graduated from the full-time postgraduate studies.
2000 – Defended his thesis “Synthesis and analysis of radioengineering systems spatial structure optimization algorithms with non-linear signal processing in the presence of interference” for Candidate degree, speciality 05.12.17 – “Radioengineering television systems and devices”.
2015 – Defended his dissertation for Doctor degree in technical sciences, scientific topic – "Methods and algorithms to optimize radioengineering systems spatial structures with non-linear and adaptive signal processing in the presence of interference complex", speciality 05.12.04 – "Radioengineering, including television systems and devices".
Gusev S.I. has published more than 130 scientific papers, has inventions.
Since 2003 he has been doing academic and scientific work on “Radioengineering devices” department, since 2013 – on the department of “Space technologies”.
