The article examines the problem of imbalance between the competencies of university graduates and current labor market requirements. A model for constructing individual educational trajectories in «Univer sity-Enterprise» system based on a number of formalized data analysis methods is proposed. Data pro cessing algorithms are considered in the context of educational analytics, allowing for real-time adjustment of trajectories taking into account academic performance, student preferences, and labor market trends.
