IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL UNIT MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE ON THE BASIS OF USING GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION DECISION-MAKING SUPPORT SYSTEMS

The task of municipal unit management on the basis of geographic information systems using topological features is considered. The aim is to create a model of data presentation about spatial distributed objects allowing to improve the process of municipal unit management at the expense of increase in key indicators of management efficiency, in particular, efficiency of decision-making. Input data are the spatial distributed data about municipal objects. Decision-making support is carried out on the basis of application of processing algorithms and the analysis of the data developed on the basis of persistent homology methods (simplicial complexes and barcodes). Topological features of municipal objects are calculated. The efficiency of decision-making by the employee using an information system of decision-making support is calculated. Extent of expert error probability influence at decision-making is defined.
